All deposits to your taraplay account are made in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. taraplay accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Deposits are generally credited to your account immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. taraplay does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and must be made to a payment method registered in your own name. taraplay does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Processing times vary by payment method but taraplay endeavours to process approved withdrawal requests within three (3) business days.
Funds held in your taraplay account are not interest-bearing. taraplay holds player funds in segregated accounts separate from operational funds. You may not use your taraplay account as a general banking or payment facility — it is intended solely for the purpose of gaming on the Platform.

taraplay's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your taraplay account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
taraplay does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
taraplay reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or failure to complete KYC verification.
You may close your taraplay account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the taraplay Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
